At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as your hobby. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
